Man sets new world record in turkey eating competition

The world's master of  competitive eating  got an early start on his Thanksgiving.

Joey Chestnut gobbled down a whole turkey at a turkey eating competition Saturday.

Ten contestants competed to see who could eat the most of a 20-pound turkey in ten minutes.

Chestnut clawed his way to a new world record, eating 9.35 pounds in just ten minutes!

Chestnut won $5,000 for his record-setting day.
