Improvements made to Chicago’s Plow Tracker

Chicagoans can keep better track of city snowplows when the winter weather hits.

The city has made some improvements to its Plow Tracker website.

You’ll be able to watch snow removal operations on a larger map with an improved snow plow icon design.

You can also view the direction of travel for all snow removal vehicles in real-time so you’ll know if a plow is headed your way.

It’ll be easier to read current snow event information, including snowfall totals for each snow system and the entire winter season.
