Two Chicago cops are on desk duty until an investigation is complete in the beating of a Chicago Police Sergeant.

It happened at a parking garage at Clark and Madison on October 30th.

The sergeant and the two other officers were confronted by several people in an elevator including 21-year-old Brian Williams.

Williams says the sergeant used a racial slur, which lead to the fight.

Investigators are looking into whether the two other officers violated any department polices during the fight.
