Marina City towers residents received warnings ahead of Nik Wallenda's big tightrope walk next weekend.

Wallenda plans to climb a 15-degree incline from one of the marina city towers, across the Chicago river, to the Leo Burnett building.

Then he'll walk between the Marina City towers, blindfolded.

Residents received a letter from building management telling them not to yell, play loud music or take flash photos during the stunt.

Among the banned activities: “No fireworks, yelling, loud music or other loud disturbing sounds; no use of drones; no grilling during the event.”

The October 16th letter to owners and residents warned “ANY VIOLATIONS WILL BE DEALT WITH SEVERELY” but it did not explain what that would be.
