What sounds like the setup to a joke, turned into an emotional display from a hard working man in Florida just trying to do his job.
Thomas was driving from Texas to Florida and nearing his last stop before a delivery in Orlando when he stopped at a truck stop. It was there that his entire truck and the 44,000 pounds of Miller High Life in it were stolen.
“It’s just so devastating to me,” Thomas told a local TV station. “I started with the company three weeks ago. I’m trying to make a better life for me and my family.”
Thomas broke down while being interview about the theft.
“I don’t mean to cry about it but I’m just trying to do the best I can and make a better life,” he said.
Thankfully, police contact Thomas a short time later telling him the truck and most of the beer had been found.

Some friends of mine tried to lift a keg out of a station wagon at a frat party in 1972. They got caught. I was thinking that would have been easier than stealing a semi. I am glad that they found the truck. I was not going to be happy if it wasn’t found. This ain’t a Sopranos episode.
Zebra Stripes
Lucky for him it wasn’t full of Budlight. Those rednecks would have swarmed it like a Zombie attack.
