While it’s still okay to relish the past, Hot Doug’s space has officially been filled.

The Chicago Tribune reports Frank Meats Patty will be moving in to the building at 3324. N California Ave on Chicago’s North Side.

The restaurant is owned by the group behind Fatso’s Last Stand and The Lockdown.

The Tribune says Frank Meats Patty will serve burgers, char dogs, po’boy sandwiches and “and in a nod to Hot Doug's, will offer a different game burger patty each month.”

The restaurant is slated to open in December.
