Registered Dietician Dawn Jackson Blatner shares two classic game day recipes, minus all of the extra fat, sugar, and calories!

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings w/ Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown rice flour
4 tablespoons Franks hot sauce & 1/4 cup more for brushing
4 tablespoons water
3 cups cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
organic canola oil cooking spray
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles

Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix flour, 4 tablespoons hot sauce and water. Dip cauliflower pieces into batter & place on baking sheet misted with canola oil. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, brush with remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce, flip and bake another 10 minutes. Stir yogurt & blue cheese together and serve w/ buffalo cauliflower and carrot/celery sticks.

Spicy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 Medjool dates, pitted (add an extra date if you like it sweeter)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of sea salt

Directions: In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Heat on stove top.
