Quinn, Rauner campaigns spar over Hispanic support

Representative from a number of Latino groups in and around Chicago are endorsing Democratic Governor Pat Quinn in his re-election bid.

Among those backing the current governor were Congressman Luis Guterrez, Cook County Commissioner Jesus Garcia, and Latino advocacy organizations who say' they'll urge Latino voters downstate to also support Quinn.
However, the Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor, Evelyn Sanguinetti says Bruce Rauner will deliver for Latinos in areas where Quinn could not.

Specifically she says Rauner will be better for jobs, and she criticized Quinn for his education plans and an early prisoner release program.
