An intruder broke into a home in the 2400 block of South Embers Ln through an unlocked window around 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

Those who know this woman tell me she’s an older woman-- a widow who lives alone and this is not the first time her home has been broken into, it happened about a year ago.

The police classifying this most recent incident as an aggravated criminal sexual assault but police would not say if this intruder used a weapon.

Police say the victim has been treated and released.
