Robbers targeting victims at South Side Red Line station

Chicago police are warning CTA rider about a string of robberies at one Red Line station.

Several people have been robbed near the 35th St Red Line Platform.

On four occasions in the past month, men approached riders at or near the 35th Street stop and demanded money.

It is not known if any of the surveillance cameras caught any of the robberies, which started back on August 28thand 30th and September 4th and 12th.

Police say the men sometimes made threats or used physical force, and sometimes worked in pairs.

Only one of the robberies happened at night.

The robbers are going after money and other property, presumably cell phones.

The description of the suspects vary.

Police want to people to report any suspicious behavior.
