Chicago police have four suspects in custody for the fatal shooting of a nine-year-old boy on the South Side.

Antonio Smith is the youngest victim of gun violence so far this year.

He was shot at least four times in the 1200 block of east 71st St. a few blocks from his home on Aug. 20.

His body was found in a backyard.

Police say three of the suspects are 19-years-old.  One is 22-years-old.

They say the man suspected of being the gunman is one of the 19-year-olds.

They say he was an active gang member in an area controlled by a rival gang faction.

Police said the little boy was not affiliated with any gangs.

H and H Gun Range off I -40 here in Oklahoma City, the gun range at which I practice, they only have adult size paper targets. I wonder what the gang bangers use in Chicagoland?
