Teen charged in murder of retired Chicago Police sergeant
Another arrest has been made in the murder of a retired Chicago Police sergeant.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with killing Elmer Brown, 73, during a home invasion last March.
Police say the teen and two others terrorized Brown and his wife, before they shot and killed Brown.
Earlier this month, Jesse Kazmierski, 18, was also charged with the murder.
Police are still searching for a third suspect.
Brown served on the police force for 38 years.
Investigators say the suspects thought the Browns had a lot of cash in their home.
