Rescue crews search for missing man in Kenosha County lake

The search resumes today for a boater from McHenry County who disappeared overnight in southeastern Wisconsin.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department got a call shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday about the 66-year-old man.

He was fishing on Silver Lake when he went missing.

His boat and his vehicle were both recovered.

Search crews from the sheriff’s department, several fire departments and the Department of Natural Resources looked for the man for several hours before suspending the search for the night.
