Naperville officials consider action to stop rowdiness at bars

Fights spilling into the streets in Naperville prompt officials to go after bars in the west suburban city.

Some complain the bars are open and serving alcohol too late.

While safety is motivating the push, there are some bar and restaurant owners who are against changing the rules.

They say officials would be penalizing all for the actions of the few.
