Firehouse Chefs John Rikje and Tony Roberts

Poppies Panini

8-10 oz of whipped cream cheese and chive
2 Tbs of giardiniera relish
2 slices Swiss cheese
6-8 slices of honey ham
4-5 slices of salami
3 slices of spicy capicola
1 Tbs olive oil


Set panini grill set to high heat. Mix whipped cream cheese and chives with mild giardiniera relish. Spread liberally on 2 pieces of Panini bread. Add ham, salami, capicola, and swiss. Brush olive oil on bread, place in Panini maker until toasted and heated through.
