2 injured in building fire on West Side

Two people were injured in an apartment building fire on the city's West Side.

Fire crews responded to the scene of an active fire at 4119 Arthington around 6 a.m. Thursday.

Two people were injured and one was rescued, according to a tweet from Chicago Fire Media.

The building was occupied at the time, but no further details have been released of any other injuries.
