Charges in armed KFC robbery in Aurora that wounded 3 employees

Three men have been charged in connection with the shooting and robbery of a KFC in Aurora Thursday night that injured three people.

According to police, 45-year-old Claude Jackson, 26-year-old Joshua O. Scott and 19-year-old Chase West, all of Aurora, have been charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery and armed robbery.

Three KFC employees were shot during the robbery. One of them was hit in the leg, and the other two were wounded in the torso and are in critical condition.

The suspects fled roughly eight blocks to Jackson’s home which he shares with 23-year-old Fatima Robertson.

Robertson has also been charged in connection with a different robbery.

Bail was set at $2 million for Robertson and Jackson; and $1.5 million for Scott and West.

Their next court dates were not immediately available.
