The Chicago Sky is headed to the WNBA Finals.

It is the first time in the team's history for an appearance in the finals and players told the media today they can hardly believe it.

The Sky beat the Indiana Fever 75-62 to advance to the finals where they'll take on the Phoenix Mercury. They played Phoenix twice in the regular season but lost both games. It is worth noting though that the Sky didn't have a full roster for those games.

The team had a rough start to the season, plagued with injuries, but they're hoping with their latest string of wins they can bring Chicago a WNBA Championship.
If you want to jump on the bandwagon, the best of five series starts Sunday in Arizona and then comes back to Chicago on Sept 12. It won't truly be a home court advantage because The Sky play at Allstate normally but that's where Garth Brooks is playing a tour for the next week and a half.
