They say everything is bigger in Texas and that’s especially true for their cases of beer.

Austin Beerworks has unveiled the world’s first, and only, 99-pack of beer as part of their “Peacemaker Anytime Ale” social media campaign.

The pack resembles a cannon, is over 7-feet long and weighs 82 pounds. Good luck trying to carry it out of the store, or fit it in your car. Even drinking it will require a couple of friends.

The 99-pack costs $99, so about a $1 a beer. Not bad!

It’s expected to hit select stores this week, but it will only be available in Austin, so if you want to enjoy the limited supply, you need to hop on the next available flight.

The brewery posted on its Facebook page that they only have about 20 cases to go around this weekend. The good news?  “We’ll be making more because apparently y’all like to party,” they wrote.

What started out as a promotional stunt for the small brewery, might become a real business venture. The innovation spread online quickly and is grabbing the attention of breweries, businesses and beer lovers everywhere.
