Jackie Robinson’s widow sends touching letter to team JRW

Jackie Robinson’s widow counts herself as one of Jackie Robinsons West’s fans.

92-year-old Rachel Robinson wrote a letter to JRW’s right fielder Pierce Jones, congratulating the team on their success.

The letter reads, in part: “Thank you for upholding the legacy of my husband jack, your namesake, through your hard work, dedication and excellent teamwork.”
