Where is Dr. Alexander’s proof or source that giving cats dry food only will help manage hyperthyroidism. I have seen no research that says that. What are her credentials? Is she a vet? Was that just her opinion? I was very upset hearing this since some people will just assume she knows what she is talking about. They may do that without talking to their vet. Not feeding wet food can cause a host of other health issues for cats that she didn’t mention. Maybe you need someone else answering viewer questions.
