Lobster Fest presentation today at Noon re: Lobster rolls was disgusting. How can a food professional handle edibles without gloves. That guy’s hands were dripping in grease, water and who knows what. Not to mention the absence of napkins, paper towels or whatever to clean up the mess. The final scene with the plating of it all was a complete turnoff. I have seen some pretty unprofessional food presentations on your channel but this took the prize. Anyone from Boston would put this guy out of business pronto. Send him east and keep him there….Chicago is truly a great food city.
