The House Ethics Committee is investigating Democratic Congressman Bobby Rush.

The Independent Office of Congressional Ethics referred an unspecified matter to the committee last month.

The committee, which investigates allegations of misconduct, says it’s look at Rush does not indicate a violation has occurred.

It will release its findings in November.

Rush admitted in April that his conduct was being investigated, and says he has been cooperating since the beginning.
