Plane crashes into Greenwood, Indiana home

A plane crashed into two Indiana homes yesterday afternoon.

It happened in Greenwood, Indiana shortly after taking off from Greenwood Municipal Airport.

The pilot was killed in the crash.

The co-pilot was injured and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities say two people on the ground reported they were slightly injured by downed power lines.

According to police, the plane was headed to another state for inspection.

No word on what caused the crash.
