It’s a mug shot unlike any other.
Police charged the village manager of west suburb Westmont with driving under the influence.
But he doesn’t seem too upset about it, judging by his laughing mug shot.
Clarendon Hills Police arrested Ronald Searl, 54, on July 3. An officer says he saw Searl driving in a center turn lane and smelled alcohol on his breath after he pulled him over. Searl then failed a field sobriety test. His blood-alcohol content was .112, above the legal limit to drive of .08.
Searl is due back in court next month.

His BAC wasn’t that much higher than the Illinois legal limit so, why was he laughing? He wasn’t that intoxicated, so I guess he is just normally a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Lets see if he is laughing when a judge hands down his sentence and he is no longer allowed to hold his cushy public office.
smitty
He won’t be laughing after his DUI conviction.
