Ex-Chicago Bull charged with attacking woman at local health club

A former Chicago Bull is charged with attacking a woman at a north suburban health club.

Police say Rick Brunson grabbed an employee at the  Life Time Athletic Center in Vernon Hills on June 25.

He’s now charged with criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery.

Brunson played for several NBA teams, including the Bulls from 2002 to 2004.

He is currently a candidate to be a new assistant coach at Temple University.

Brunson has not commented on the charges.
