The Real World to begin shooting in Chicago in August

MTV’s reality show The Real World is coming back to Chicago – soon.

The Chicago Film Office tell The Chicago Tribune the series expected to begin production in August and continue over 12 weeks.

It will be filmed in the 1100 block of West Randolph Street the former site of Bon V nightclub, which will be remodeled into living space for the cast.

The show filmed here once before back in 2001 in the Wicker Park neighborhood.
