The care givers at the boys day camp failed to do their job and the lifeguards at the pool failed to do their job. A working parent should not loose a child because of irresponsible, lazy employees who are suppose to be watching children! My sincerest condolences to the family.

Judging before knowing the facts is not wise. Hopefully after the investigation by the Bridgeview police, we will have a better understanding of what really happened.
My heart goes out to the family and prayers; a loss of a child is devastating.
Reviewing safety regulations and looking into improving them to prevent these terrible tragedies is key.
