4 questioned in connection with garage fires in Bridgeport

Four people are being questioned in connection with a string of garage fires in the Bridgeport neighborhood.

They were brought in overnight, not long after police were called to a fire in 2900 block of South Canal.

That fire destroyed two cars and spread to garages nearby.

A garage at 32nd and Morgan, caught fire Monday morning.

And two other fires, near 36th and Wallace, happened around the same time.

Several trash bin fires were also found in the 3000 block of South Union Avenue
