Political heavy hitters turn out for Hillary Clinton fundraiser

Hillary Clinton supporters held a big fundraiser Thursday night in Chicago.

A group hoping she’ll run for president gathered at John Barleycorn in River North.

Sen. Dick Durbin, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and several congressmen attended.

The Democratic heavy-hitters call themselves the “Ready for Hillary” group.

She won’t be there.

However, she will be in chicago for a couple of events next week, as her new book “Hard Choices,” goes on sale.
