Man found guilty in Hoffman Estates triple murder

HowardD’Andre Howard was found guilty Tuesday on three counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

The 26-year-old stabbed to death three members of his fiancee’s family at their home in Hoffman Estates in April 2009.

He also attacked and seriously wounded her mother.

He didn’t harm his ex-girlfriend.

His lawyers tried to argue he’s insane.

Howard had no visible reaction when the verdict was read.
