Chicago teacher among 3 killed in shootings across cityA reward is being offered for anyone who can help catch the person who killed a special education teacher.

Betty Howard was hit by stray bullets and killed last week at 79th and Evans.

Howard was a special ed teacher at Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep and the sister of a Chicago cop.

The family is offering a $7,000 reward leading to the arrest an conviction of whomever committed the murder.
