Bacon on a Stick

Thaw the slab for 24-48 hours prior to prepping and cooking. Soak skewers in water for at least an hour before cooking. cut your slab to your desired thickness (our slabs are cut into 1/4″ strips which equals approximately 1/4 lb portion). Skewer your bacon. Sprinkle black pepper over the bacon strips to your taste. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Finish on a flat grill or skillet.
