A repeat is still possible.

The defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks kept hopes alive at the United Center after fending off the Kings in an elimination game, beating the Kings 5-4 in double overtime.

Michal Handzus, an unlikely character, scored the game-winner shortly into the second period. He took a perfect pass from Brandon Saad past Jonathan Quick.

Game 6 takes place Friday in Los Angeles with the Kings leading the Western Conference finals 3-2.

  • Bring it back for 7

Come on Crow & company bring it back for game 7.

Crawford with another shut out for the playoffs in game 6 in LA, ;-)

  • Depends If Chicago Shows Up

Well, seeing how this is really the only other sports team playing in achicago besides the Sox in Chicago now.
After watching the Hawks on the struggle bus for the last few games it was nice to see a win.
They (BlackHawks) still have a 50/50 shot to go to the Stanley Cup finals.
Bottom line is this. If CRAWFORD shows up in LA Friday, Stays focused and does let the Kings in his head. We have a more than average shot to either play Montreal or New York. We will see sports fans.
