Cardinal Francis George delivers a video deposition today in lawsuits involving a former priest and convicted sex offender.

The deposition ensures that the cardinal’s testimony will be on record in case his health deteriorates further.

He will be asked what he knew about Daniel McCormack’s criminal behavior; Cardinal George has been criticized for keeping McCormack in charge of his West Side parish after the first accusations of sexual abuse were leveled against him.

The Archdiocese has spent millions of dollars to settle previous cases against McCormack; and he was arrested last week on new sexual abuse charges

If MILLIONS of $$$ were spent just on this douchebag's previous cases, what has been spent on ALL the cases? And they close schools, and ask for more $$$ from hard-working church members. This is SO wrong and SO sad on SO many levels….
