Simple Everyday Green Juice

4 medium green apples (preferably an heirloom variety from your local farmer’s market)
3 medium stalks of celery
2 leaves kale
4 cups spinach
1 lemon
sea salt (to taste)

Juice the apples, celery, kale and spinach in your home juicer. Season to taste with lemon juice and sea salt.

strawberry, Rhubarb, Young Coconut, Banana and Ginger Smoothie

2 cups strawberry/rhubarb/ginger juice
2 cups young coconut milk with flesh
2 cups frozen ripe banana
2 cups ice

Blend all together and serve.

Strawberry/Rhubarb/Ginger Juice

3 cups chopped strawberry
1/4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 Tbs chopped ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together and push through a fine mesh sieve.
Put all ingredients through hydraulic press juicing machine.

Young Coconut Milk

2 young coconuts

Open coconuts and reserve liquid.  Scrape inner meat into reserved liquid.  Blend together and push through a fine mesh sieve.
Put liquid and inner meat through hydraulic press juicing machine.
