Last month, Chicago Magazine did a story that claimed the Chicago Police Department was under-reporting homicides. In June’s Issue, they take a look at the drop in other crimes in a cover story titled: “Are the City’s Crime Numbers Getting Scrubbed?” One of the co-authors of the series, editor, David Bernstein, joins the WGN Morning News team.
