Charges dropped against aunt of teen accused of killing girl

Charges have been dropped against the aunt of the girl accused of killing 14-year-old Endia Martin.

Vandetta Redwood had been accused of doing nothing to stop the shooting.

Her 14-year-old niece is charged with murdering martin, stemming from a fight over a boy.

In court today, a Cook County judge watched cell phone video of the incident and said the recording was very poor.

The judge said prosecutors failed to make their case against Redwood.
