2 half pound angus beef burger patties
slice of cheddar cheese
slice of jack cheese
Slice of mozzarella cheese
slice of Swiss cheese
4 Slices of applewood smoked bacon
4 oz. fried onion straws
2 oz. BBQ sauce
2 pieces of leaf lettuce
2 tomato slices
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
4″ brioche bun

On the side:
8 oz french fries
8 oz onion rings

Heat skillet to medium high and place the patties on the skillet. Season the patties with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Flip, and cook on the other side for 1 minute. Place 4 strips of bacon and slices of the cheese on one the patty and continue to cook 2 minutes more for medium-rare doneness. Cover with a lid for the last 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
To assemble the burger, place the patties on the toasted bun bottom. Top the patty with 2 pieces of leaf lettuce,  2 tomato slices, 4 oz. of fried onion strings, and BBQ sauce to taste. Put mayo and mustard on top bun and put on top of burger. Serve with onion rings and french fries on the side.
