More sunshine today will lead to warmer temperatures.

Breezy east/northeast winds will keep lakeside temperatures in the low to mid-50s while inland temps should top out in the mid-60s.

After a mainly sunny start to the day more clouds are expected to filter into the region during the afternoon.

Mostly cloudy skies will bring a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm tonight as a warm front approaches the region.

Temperatures tonight are forecast to bottom out near 50 degrees.

There is a slight chance for a shower storm early Wednesday, but most of the day will be warm and breezy under partly sunny skies. Highs Wednesday and Thursday are expected to reach 80 degrees.
