Residents of one downstate city now have an opportunity to tell the world about some of their lifelong goals and dreams.

The “Before I Die” wall is on display in Quincy, in West Central Illinois.

It was unveiled this week by “Blessing Hospice and Palliative Care” to allow people to publicly declare the things they want to accomplish before they die.

The hospice director says the wall is in keeping with the mission to focus on quality of life for those facing terminal illnesses.

The goals written out on the wall so far include doing charitable work, having adventures and spending more time with families.
