Uncle charged along with niece in murder of teen

The uncle of a 14-year-old girl charged as a juvenile for killing another 14-year-old girl is now charged with first degree murder for providing the gun.

25-year-old Donnell Flora appeared in court in a wheelchair, paralyzed after he was shot four years ago.

Prosecutors say he gave his niece the weapon that killed Endia Martin on Monday near 55th and Halsted.

The shooting reportedly started over a dispute over a boy between the two girls.

Prosecutors say that fatal shooting was captured on cellphone video by a person who witnessed the killing.

    The family that commits crime together stays together. I mean what is family for? If your uncle told you not to shoot anybody you would have to shoot him as a traitor. One nice thing is that if you commit your first murder young enough you can get out at 21 and go on to the next murder.
