3 men charged with home invasion, shooting

Chicago Police have arrested three men and charged them with a home invasion and and shooting that injured a 24-year-old man.

Michael Raggs, 33, Ambrose Walker, 22, and Sidney Gullens, 24, were each charged with one count of home invasion with a firearm, one count of home invasion causing injury and one count of aggravated battery.

Walker, of the 4800 block of West Crystal Street, and Gullens, of the 4800 block of South La Crosse Avenue, were also each charged on a warrant.

Police said Raggs, of the 3800 block of West Wilcox Street, shot a 24-year-old man in the forearm after the men forced their way inside a home in the 400 block of North Hamlin Street about 10:20 p.m. Friday.

They are scheduled to appear in court Sunday.
