Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul addresses forum at University of Chicago

Kentucky senator and potential 2016 presidential candidate Rand Paul spoke to a sold out crowd at the University of Chicago this afternoon.

Today’s address was the latest in a year-long college speaking tour for the senator.

After fielding questions from the audience, Paul headed to Milwaukee, where he’ll be a guest speaker along with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker – another possible candidate in the next presidential election.
