4 injured, 17 displaced after fire on South Side

Four people were injured and 17 people were displaced after a still and box alarm fire on the city’s far South Side.

The fire happened around 5:30 a.m. at 78th and Colfax Friday morning.

Ten adults and 7 children were displaced.

Three of the injured were transported to South Shore Hospital in fair condition and one person was transported to Trinity Hospital in fair condition.
