New developments in the shooting at the rented home of rapper Chief Keef’s manager.  Northfield Village Police have identified and are now searching for a person of interest.

A man who was critically injured in last week’s shooting is now out of intensive care. The Chicago Tribune gained documents from Northfield detailing neighbors’ complaints about numerous disruptions at the home.

The 18-year-old rapper, whose real name is Keith Cozart, was at the home at the time of shooting. He was questioned but not charged.

Documents also show someone inside the home called 9-1-1 to report an armed robbery, just hours before the shooting. Police are investigating whether the robbery and shooting are connected.
