Second person charged in connection with Worth teen’s death

A second person has been charged in an incident that resulted death of a Worth teen last year.

18-year-old Lilyanna Arboleda was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit aggravated battery in public way, police said.

Arboleda’s charges relate to an incident in which 18-year-old Brittany Wawrzyniak was pushed or fell out of a car and died on November 8, 2013.

20-year-old Eric Steven Johnson has also been charged in the incident.

Arboleda will be in court again on April 28.

    Saw Brittany's grandfather and mother on the news last night. "Brittany was a good girl. She wasn't a thug. She had nothing to do with drugs." Really? It's sad she died, but when you run with thugs and drug dealers, ya ain't the saint your family is portraying you as.
