Lunchbreak: Grilled BBQ wraps from Old Crow Smokehouse

Grilled BBQ Wrap

12 inch flour tortilla
2 slices of Applewood-smoked bacon
6 oz. of pulled pork
1 ounce beer BBQ sauce
1 ounce Worcestershire cheese sauce
handful of french fried onions

Combine ingredients listed and roll up burrito-style. Finish on the flat top, about one minute oh each side or until the edges are golden brown.

Beer BBQ Sauce

8 cans of Heinz tomato fancy ketchup
1 bottle of tomato puree
1 gallon of molasses
32 ounces of BBQ rub
6 cups of cider apple vinegar
10 ounces of Worcestershire sauce
4 cans of Guinness
2 ounces of spice dry mustard

Combine ingredients.

Worcestershire Cheese Sauce

2.5 pounds of Velveeta Cheese
32 ounces of American Cheese
48 ounces of milk
4 ounces of Worcestershire sauce
32 ounces of cheddar cheese
4 ounces of extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces of flour, hotel all purpose

Directions: Cook oil and flour in low flame. Add 6 cups of milk. Add American cheese, add cheddar cheese and stir. Then add Velveeta, stir. Add the Worcestershire, stir. When the cheese melts, take out of the flame and cool down. Refrigerate.
