A well-known car dealer is being accused of using one of his dealerships as a personal piggy bank.

Todd O’Reilly filed a lawsuit today against his business partner Al Piemonte.

O’Reilly owns 44% of Al Piemonte Ford in Melrose Park and he claims Piemonte and his third wife, Rosanna, of gross mismanagement.

O’Reilly says Piemonte is using the dealerships reserve cash to pay family expenses, including the cell phone bill for his adult daughter and a $110,000 Mercedes for his second wife.
