The first full day of spring will actually feel like spring.

A healthy dose of sunshine and increasing southeast winds behind a warm front should push temperatures to near 60 degrees inland today.

Along the lakefront, and especially the north shore, temperatures will be markedly cooler with highs possibly staying in the 40s.

A cold front will quickly end our warm up and bring a chance for spotty showers this evening.

We’ll watch temperatures fall to near 30 overnight and then only rebound to around 40 Saturday afternoon.  It will be colder Sunday with temperatures that may not reach the freezing mark.
